Desert Valley Heating & Cooling is a true family business — owned and run by Randy, Claudia, and Sierra Romo right here in the Las Vegas Valley. Randy arrived in Las Vegas in 1979 at just five years old, and this city has been home ever since. Claudia and Sierra were born and raised in Henderson. When Randy founded Desert Valley over 20 years ago, the goal was simple: build something the family could be proud of, and take care of the community that raised us.
We started this company because we believe Las Vegas families deserve an HVAC contractor they can actually trust. No scare tactics. No upselling parts you don’t need. No sending an unfamiliar face to your door. When you call Desert Valley, you’re dealing with people who live in this valley, whose kids go to school here, and who have a reputation to uphold — not a call center script to follow.
When we’re not fixing AC units across the valley, you’ll find the three of us out in the desert doing what we love — off-road racing. It’s our thing. It keeps us close as a family and honestly, it’s a good reminder that life’s too short to work with people you don’t trust. We bring that same energy to every job.
