My heater was broken, they fixed it and had it up and running that same day. I thought it would ruin our Christmas due to the cost but it wasn't bad at all and not only did we still have a great holiday but we were warm.”

“The technician who arrived was proficient. Diagnosed problem quickly. Replacement part on hand. Added coolant. Even went as far as to tighten up the A/C so that it wouldn't vibrate as much. Quieted it. AC up and running within a 1/2 hour upon his arrival. Would recommend to others.”

“I cannot even begin to explain the problems we were having with our air conditioning unit. It was noisy and not working at all. We had other techs come out to fix it, 4 times in two years and finally Desert Valley Heating and Cooling came to our rescue. They installed a new unit very quickly and efficiently not to mention with the highest of professionalism at a very reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough! “My A/C has been acting up so I called Desert Valley and they were very nice on the phone. The service guy was on-time and went about checking and fixing the problem very quickly. He also checked the heating to make sure that worked as well. I think he was done in about 45 minutes or so. He also gave me a rough estimate of when I'd need to replace my units and how much it might cost so that I could start saving for it. All in all, I was very pleased with the service that Desert Valley provided. I will be calling them again... if I have more HVAC issues... hopefully not soon.”

“We had an amazing experience with Desert Valley air conditioning repair contractors when we upgraded our residential HVAC unit and thermostat. He had my best interests in mind. Our recently installed Nest required a new wire to be run from our outdoor unit to our thermostat, and this proved to be a difficult job with having an older house with a small crawlspace. Our technicians—ac guy did a great job problem-solving and found a way to get the new wire up to our thermostat.
