We had an outstanding experience with Desert Valley Heating and Cooling LLC.
From the very beginning, Sierra, the receptionist, was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. She even remembered our name, which made us feel valued as customers.

The entire process was smooth and efficient. We were approved the very same day, and by 6:30 the next morning, the installation crew was already at our home ready to replace our air conditioning units. The installers were prompt, hardworking, and professional, and everything was completed with great care.

We are extremely impressed with the service we received from start to finish. If you're looking for a company to replace your air conditioning units, I highly recommend Desert Valley Heating and Cooling LLC. Thank you to Sierra and the entire team for making this such a positive sufficient experience!

Excellent service from Kristian Santos. He provided an air conditioning estimate in a very professional manner, explaining everything clearly and answering all of our questions. He was punctual, friendly, and very attentive throughout the visit. It’s clear that he has experience and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an air conditioning estimate or HVAC services.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Desert Valley. The entire experience, from scheduling to finish, was extremely professional and stress-free. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all of my options.

A special shoutout to Tristan, who was beyond exceptional. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were all top notch. When the job was finished, he left the area spotless, and never failed to show enthusiasm and politeness.

For any future work I have, I will not hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend Desert Valley, especially if you're lucky enough to get Tristan as your tech!

Awesome AC company Desert Valley Heating and Cooling!! Kristian worked on our system and was fantastic from start to finish. He is super respectful, skilled, and patient. I am extremely satisfied with the service Kristian Santos provided. He recently worked on my air conditioning system, and from the very beginning he was professional, punctual, and honest.

He took the time to explain what the problem was and recommended the best solution without trying to sell me unnecessary services. The work was done perfectly, and my air conditioner is now working great again.

He is friendly, reliable, and it's clear that he has a lot of experience. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC technician in Las Vegas. Excellent service from start to finish!

He was incredibly patient with me and took the time to explain the entire diagnostic and repair process step-by-step so I knew exactly what was going on. Richard did a great job got my air conditioner ready for the summer. Have a great plan for 150 for twice a year check. Was honest about my system Plan on staying with them when time comes for replacement and all repairs.

We have been using Desert Valley Heating and Cooling LLC for decades. Randy and his team are amazing. They always do wonderful work. They are always on time and they never upsell us anything. Brian was the last technician that came out and serviced our AC unit. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! We would highly recommend them and always do.

I've used desert valley heating and cooling for multiple issues I've had with my AC units, they have been nothing but exceptional! There are customer service and technicians are very respectful and prompt with any questions or concerns I may have had. I have one older unit and one newer unit so you best believe I will be going through them to replace out that second unit! I have nothing but great things to say about the company and it's employees they have always gone above and beyond for my needs.

A few weeks ago we had our units replaced and had such a great experience with this company. Fernando and Julian did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the entire process and completed everything in a timely manner so we could have cold air again as quickly as possible. Their professionalism and quality of work really stood out.

I also want to give a shoutout to Sierra in the office. She made the payment process smooth and easy and was incredibly helpful and kind throughout everything. It’s always nice when the office staff is just as amazing as the technicians.

I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for honest, reliable, and professional HVAC service!

These guys came in quickly and corrected some serious issues that were existing from the install by our contractor. They corrected transitions on 5 units at our business and installed UV lights on all 5 to mitigate some odors we were experiencing from our old ducting. They came in and brought an army and got it done quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with the improvements we have seen in cooling and odor mitigation already and it’s only been a few weeks.

So glad I found this company!!! Had a new system installed in 2019 and have had issues the last 3 yrs. "That Never To Be Named Co" came out each year and tried to fix issues at crazy costs. I finally had enough and after researching, called Desert Valley. Richard was amazing- spent 40 minutes in the attic-found all the issues and showed me photos of the botched job and how they tried to basically duct tapes mistakes! I now have a brand new unit with all new duct work and it works so well. The crew was fast and professional and the cost reasonable. The girl who answers the phone is wonderful and absolutely a delight to talk to! I am staying with this company (and I had my daughter switch also) and would encourage you to consider switching to them for service and repair. These days it is so hard to find a company you can trust-way to go DVH&C 🙂

Randy and his crew are outstanding! I’ve worked with Randy for years — he handled many HVAC replacements for the City — and his professionalism and expertise have always stood out. When it came time to replace my own HVAC system at home, I knew his company was the right one for me.

Kris was also fantastic, always keeping me updated and making the process stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to help me, especially since I was dealing with so many frustrations with my home warranty. In the end, I chose to go out of network because I knew I could trust them — and it was absolutely worth it.

Now I have peace of mind, along with an energy-efficient unit that runs beautifully. Randy and his team worked hard, delivered excellent results, and I couldn’t be happier.

We have used Desert Valley Heat & Cooling for the past year to perform both regular HVAC system checks, and to correct faulty attic duct work and drainage installation work done by a previous HVAC company. Desert Valley’s response time to our trouble call was quick - within a couple of hours. Their technicians' work has been efficient and thorough. Their pricing has been very reasonable, with no technician upselling. We will definitely be using Desert Valley for our future HVAC service needs.

A+ service and great Friendly people. Technician came out 10 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time and checked over my system, checked all the coolant levels etc. He explained details about the system while I was standing there as well as told me about what to check over /look out in the future specific to how my system was installed. Didn't try to do any upsell or tell me I needed things that I didn't actually need. Desert Valley also just did a great, nice and clean install on my mini split for my garage. Fantastic folks to deal with! I had to have it installed on the wall due to the proximity of my house unit and space that I had and it came out great.

I called Desert valley on a whim for an urgent service call. Their staff was incredibly nice and they were able to get out to the house fairly quick and diagnose the issue. Kris (Service tech) was very informative and communicated fully on what went wrong and what he did to fix it.

Definitely using Desert Valley Heating and Cooling for future needs!

Great company, I had a leak and they came right out and fixed it. Before that they put in 2 new units they did great work.

There is no way I can praise this company and it's employees to the extent they deserve. I had a large co quote me, new AC, wouldn't consider fixing AC. Remember I used Desert in the past and was happy with them. Brian came off roof, said yes, it needs replacing but since I needed time he would try a few things to salvage the compressor. As it turned out, it was a sticking valve making compressor run nonstop and overheat. So my $13k replace became a $2100 repair. Talk to them, they work hard and with you to get your AC back at a reasonable price.
