Definitely using Desert Valley Heating and Cooling for future needs!

I called Desert valley on a whim for an urgent service call. Their staff was incredibly nice and they were able to get out to the house fairly quick and diagnose the issue. Kris (Service tech) was very informative and communicated fully on what went wrong and what he did to fix it. Definitely using Desert Valley Heating and Cooling for future needs!

The homeowner called on behalf of the tenant, and mentioned cool air is not blowing. Mentioned that if the wind blows a door on the AC, it closes a door then the unit needs to be reset. DVHC tech found door loose on the kill switch. Secured door & AC turned on. Checked pressures.

Technician came out 10 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival time and checked over my system, checked all the coolant levels etc. He explained details about the system while I was standing there as well as told me about what to check over /look out in the future specific to how my system was installed. Didn't try to do any upsell or tell me I needed things that I didn't actually need. A+ service and great Friendly people.

Customer wanted us to come take a look at his unit, possible future replacement as system is 17 years old. DVHC tech took info for possible future replacement. No pricing made. Went over the details with the customer as well informed them of a UV light installed but probably installed with previous homeowner.

We have used Desert Valley Heat & Cooling for the past year to perform both regular HVAC system checks, and to correct faulty attic duct work and drainage installation work done by a previous HVAC company. Desert Valley’s response time to our trouble call was quick - within a couple of hours. Their technicians' work has been efficient and thorough. Their pricing has been very reasonable, with no technician upselling. We will definitely be using Desert Valley for our future HVAC service needs.

Randy and his crew are outstanding! I’ve worked with Randy for years — he handled many HVAC replacements for the City — and his professionalism and expertise have always stood out. When it came time to replace my own HVAC system at home, I knew his company was the right one for me.

Kris was also fantastic, always keeping me updated and making the process stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to help me, especially since I was dealing with so many frustrations with my home warranty. Fantastic folks to deal with! I had to have it installed on the wall due to the proximity of my house unit and space that I had and it came out great.

Great company, I had a leak and they came right out and fixed it. Before that they put in 2 new units they did great work.

There is no way I can praise this company and it's employees to the extent they deserve. I had a large co quote me, new AC, wouldn't consider fixing AC. Remember I used Desert in the past and was happy with them. Brian came off roof, said yes, it needs replacing but since I needed time he would try a few things to salvage the compressor. As it turned out, it was a sticking valve making compressor run nonstop and overheat. So my $13k replace became a $2100 repair. Talk to them, they work hard and with you to get your AC back at a reasonable price.
